NWS includes Pacific Grove in a Central Coast Heat Advisory. The city point forecast calls for highs near 80°F Wednesday and 76°F Thursday. Hydrate, check on heat-sensitive neighbors, limit strenuous activity to cooler hours and never leave children or pets in vehicles.

Stay off piers, jetties and rocks, remain out of the water and never turn your back on the ocean. No Pacific Grove beach closure has been announced.
